Early Check-In at Paper & Pencil – March 17-21

Visit Paper & Pencil located at 1480 W Berwyn Ave from 11am-6pm on Monday, March 17 - Friday, March 21 to check in early and collect your Chicago Stationery Fest lanyard, wristband, name tag, and event program.

For the best experience, early check-in at Paper & Pencil is recommended!

Day Of Check-In at Artifact Events - March 22-23

Check in also available both Saturday and Sunday of Chicago Stationery Fest at the official event venue — Artifact Events.

Shopping in Ravenswood

Founded in 1868 as a suburb of Chicago, today the Ravenswood neighborhood is home to a dynamic blend of tree-lined residential streets and bustling retail and commercial spaces.   • Chicago Stationery Fest is a strictly 18+ event. All attendees must be 18 years of age and older.

  • Yes! There is ample free street parking available along Ravenswood Avenue and neighboring residential streets.

  • Yes! Our venue – Artifact Events – is fully accessible with elevator access available.

  • Yes! We're excited to feature several local food and beverage vendors during the event. These vendors will offer ready-to-eat food along with beverages. We will also have a cash bar available with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Your pass to Chicago Stationery Fest gives you full access to The Marketplace, Creative Lounge, and Meet-Ups. Workshop tickets are an additional purchase. You must have a Weekend Pass to sign up for workshops.

  • No -- due to limited space within the venue you may not bring luggage or wheeled carts. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are welcome.

  • Masking is not required; however, you're welcome to wear a mask if you'd like!

  • No. You may not. However, service animals are welcome.

  • Contrary to what you may hear on the news, Chicago is incredibly safe, welcoming, and friendly! Ravenswood -- our host neighborhood for CSF 2025 -- is safe to walk around and easy to navigate. And public transit in Chicago is safe, clean, reliable, and affordable.
