When and where can I check in?

You may check in at Paper & Pencil, located at 1480 W Berwyn Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640, from Monday, March 17 - Friday, March 21, during regular business hours, 11:00 am-6:00 pm.

You may also check in during the event at Chicago Stationery Fest.

VIP Weekend Passholders may check in at the VIP Welcome Party on Friday, March 21.

What ages are allowed?

Chicago Stationery Fest is a strictly 18+ event. All attendees must be 18 years of age and older.

Are there any VIP Passes available?

No. Our VIP Weekend Passes are sold out.

Can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP Weekend Pass?

No. Our VIP Weekend Passes are sold out.

I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund?

No. Please review the Ticket Terms & Conditions. Tickets are FINAL SALE and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

Are you still accepting vendors for the event?

No. We are no longer accepting vendors for Chicago Stationery Fest 2025.

Are single-day tickets available?

Single-day tickets are not currently available. We will make a decision regarding single-day ticketing in early February based on venue capacity or ticket sales.

How do I get there?

Is there parking available?

Yes. Ample free street parking is available along Ravenswood Avenue and neighboring streets.

Is Chicago Stationery Fest wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our venue – Artifact Events – is fully accessible, and an elevator is available.

I have other accessibility needs — who do I contact?

Will there be food and/or drinks available?

Yes! We're excited to feature several local food and beverage vendors during the event. These vendors will offer ready-to-eat food and beverages. We will also have a cash bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Does my admission pass include workshops?

No, it does not. Your pass to Chicago Stationery Fest gives you full access to The Marketplace, Creative Lounge, and Meet-Ups. Workshop tickets are an additional purchase. You must have a VIP or 2-Day Weekend Pass to sign up for workshops.

When will workshops be announced and tickets available?

Workshop tickets go on sale at 12:00 pm CT on Thursday, February 13, 2025. VIP Weekend Passholders may access their exclusive pre-sale at 12:00 pm CT on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Workshops will be announced on the Chicago Stationery Fest Instagram account and the Chicago Stationery Fest website before tickets go on sale.

Workshop tickets are only available for VIP and 2-Day Weekend Passholders.

When will meetups be announced?

The full meetup schedule will be announced at the beginning of March 2025. Meetup participation is limited by space and is first come first served!

Can I bring luggage or a wheeled cart?

No -- you may not bring luggage or wheeled carts due to limited space within the venue. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are welcome.

Can I bring my dog?

No. You may not. However, service animals are welcome!

Is wearing a face mask required?

Masking is not required, but you're welcome to wear a mask if you'd like!
